Collectables don’t open up until level 50, with your efforts starting in Mor Dhona at the Collectable Appraiser NPC. There you’ll be able to see which collectables you are eligible to turn in for now, but you’ll have to hunt them down yourself if you want to turn them in.
Gathering collectables is a separate minigame on its own that is easily to follow and understand, though it is particularly GP-intensive. Be sure you have Cordials or Hi-cordials on-hand if you are aiming to farm collectables to ensure the best yields.
In this guide, we touch on the minimum Collectability required for the Collectable Appraiser to accept an item. Note that the maximum is always 1000, and it is the requirement for the maximum amount of scrips included in the tables below.
As with regular timed nodes, it’s in your best interest to set timers via the /alarm function. All of these nodes are available twice a day, for two hours each time. The times shown are Eorzean Time (ET).
Listed below the collectable name and above the time periods these items are available is the nearest Aetheryte, for shorter travel times.
Provided you have Truth of the Forest enabled, you will be notified of these nodes when you enter an area as botanist or miner (enable Truth of the Forest for cross-class in the Actions & Traits menu under Additional).
